Cancellation Policy
SASSI Training Cancellation Policy Cancellations made four weeks or more prior to the training date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after four weeks prior to the training date will receive a 50% credit minus resource expended i.e. advance travel, hotel and other non-refundable expenses. All cancellations must be submitted by email within the stipulated time periods. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
